1. Introduction to the
Rules
Big Bonus Bingo game rules and operating policies (hereinafter
the "Participating Rules") govern all Players participation
in any Big Bonus Bingo game (hereinafter the "Game"). Please
make certain that you read the Participating Rules carefully. Each
time you enter our website with the intention of playing any games
offered by Big Bonus Bingo, you are confirming your full understanding
and acceptance of the Participating Rules. In the event that you have
any questions about the Participating Rules, please contact our support
operation for clarification.
2. Deposit Bonus Rules
At Big Bonus Bingo we pay out more deposit BB’s than any other
bingo site online.

3. Chat Game Rules for Bonus Bucks compensation
Players must have made at least one cash deposit (minimum of $25)
to be eligible for chat game Bonus Bucks or any other form of chat
game compensation.
Players may receive chat BB's worth up to 500% of the value of their
last cash deposit (or total amount deposited within any single day).
To be eligible for more chat game BB's, player must make another cash
deposit (minimum of $25).
Players may only receive chat Bonus Bucks for up to 10 days from their
last cash deposit.
4. Withdrawal Rules
There are no withdrawal restrictions on bingo winnings.
Once a payout is processed, Player will forfeit all BBs left in their
account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: Player
has $270 cash in account and $150 BBs. Player withdraws $200 cash
leaving $70 cash in account. Player's BBs will be reduced to 70.
Withdrawals on casino game winnings only (slots, video poker, pull
tabs) are restricted to $250 per week. BB policy applies as per bingo
winnings above.
Minimum withdrawal amount on bingo and casino game winnings is US$50.
Withdrawals are currently processed twice per week. The deadline to
request a payout is 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on Thursday evenings
and Sunday evenings. All eligible payouts will be processed over 48
hours and should be in Players accounts by the next Monday and Wednesday
respectively.
Please note players may request only one cash out per pay out period.
All accounts must have correct contact details listed in their account
profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid
contact data is grounds for rejection of any payout request.
5. Bonus Buck Rules
At Big Bonus Bingo we give away more BB’s than any other online
bingo site.
Players may earn FREE BB’s by making a deposit, participating
in chat games, referring friends or by winning various other random
game contests.
Players may use these FREE BB’s just like cash to buy bingo
cards or to play casino games. Players may win real money by
using BB’s.
BB’s cannot be withdrawn.
6. Cost of Playing Big
Bonus Bingo
A player may elect to purchase individual bingo cards from
$0.05 to $1.00 US per card. Players may purchase as few as 1
(one) card to participate in a bingo game. Players may purchase up
to the maximum amount of cards allowed per individual game.
7. Claiming Prizes
Game Prizes are automatically deposited into Player’s Account
cash balance. Players who wish to claim their prize money must request
a "payout". This can be done by visiting the Players Area
and selecting the Payout Request link.
8. Participation Rules
To participate in a Game a Players must be 18
years of age or older.
Players must register with
Big Bonus Bingo by correctly completing the registration details and
offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state
or province, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For any
subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID
(provided by Big Bonus Bingo) and the Player password.
- Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after
completion of a previous game. Big Bonus Bingo has exclusive authority
to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
- Any Player who wins a Game Prize may be transmitted a reference
number which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible
for the preserving of any reference numbers provided.
- In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation
as it is recorded in Big Bonus Bingo's database, and that recorded
by the Player, the Calls recorded in the Big Bonus Bingo game
server shall be considered valid.
- A Purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received
by Big Bonus Bingo or if there is an applicable charge-back at
a later date. Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right to limit any
Player's participation in a Game, particularly in the event that
a Purchase is rendered void.
- Any Game Prizes won by the Player will automatically be deposited
into the Player’s Account.
- Players may request a Payout only under the following conditions:
Withdrawal requests cannot exceed the Player Account cash balance.
Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right to withhold any such
payments until all financial transactions have been settled and
cleared.
- Players may request a payout if they wish to close their Players
account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted
from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
- In ALL cases, Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right to withhold
any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled
and cleared.
- Players are only allowed to register once. Multiple accounts
are strictly forbidden and will result in all Player’s accounts
being disabled. Players are limited to a maximum of two accounts
per household.
- Employees of the Big Bonus Bingo are prohibited from participating
in a Game.
9. General Site Rules
Always Provide Valid Information. Player acknowledges
that if any of the information that he/she provides to Big Bonus Bingo
is false or incomplete this agreement will be void, and he/she will
be liable to Big Bonus Bingo for any damages and costs suffered as
a result.
Bonus Abuse Will not be tolerated. Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right
to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted
to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right
to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from
accessing Big Bonus Bingo in the future.
Limited Access to Big Bonus Bingo: We reserve the right to limit the
access of Big Bonus Bingo to any persons for any reason that Big Bonus
Bingo deems necessary. Players are automatically and without
notice prohibited from playing at Big Bonus Bingo if any of the following
apply:
- Minors and anyone under the age of 18
- Any Player with missing or inaccurate information provided to
Big Bonus Bingo concerning himself/herself or his/her Account.
- Any employee, consultant, licensee, distributor, affiliate,
advertiser, marketer, media partner, promoter, retailer of Big
Bonus Bingo or members of the immediate families of any of the
foregoing.
- Any person playing on behalf of an individual that is not allowed
to play on the Big Bonus Bingo site.
- Any person not abiding by Big Bonus Bingo game Rules.
- Any individual from a jurisdiction in which gaming is unlawful.
Participation in gaming and the activities at our casino is only
open to persons living in jurisdictions where such participation
is legal and not prohibited. Please check with your local jurisdiction.
- Citizens from the following locations are prohibited from playing
for real wagers at Big Bonus Bingo unless they deposit using Western
Union or Neteller. We apologize to the customers from the countries
detailed below for the inconvenience caused. The countries are:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Byelorussia, Bosnia, Bosnia

10. Fairness Statement
At Big Bonus Bingo we strive to deliver the best and fairest bingo
experience to our valued Player base.
Our systems have been designed to ensure that all games have random
winners and that all games are completely fair for all participants.
The following is a description of each game sequence outlining the
random nature of each number generated and the selection of the winning
card combination:
The Game Server Starts a New game by selecting the Game pattern for
the next game.
- The Game server enables player card purchasing.
- The Players manually select their game cards from a deck of
30,000 unique bingo cards.
- Players purchase their desired cards. The purchase requests
are sent to the game server.
- The game server receives the purchase requests from the players
and enters their selected cards into the game. The server sends
an acknowledgement back to the player telling the player that
their cards have been purchased, and entered into the game.
- 10 Seconds before game start time the game server suspends further
card purchasing.
- The game server then generates 75 numbers between 1 and 75 using
the systems random number generator.
- The game server then systematically applies the random calls
to each of the player purchased bingo cards and cross checks each
card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server
has now determined the number of winning bingo cards in the deck
of player purchased cards and at which call the cards have won.
- The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the players
game clients (both Java & windows version)
- The player's game client software receives this information
and begins calling the numbers.
- Calls are presented to the user every ten seconds.
- Players can then play and chat with other players knowing that
in the event of any system, or telecommunications interruption
their cards have been fairly entered into the game and that in
each case the true game winner (or winners) will be awarded the
prize.
The 75 calls for the game are generated randomly AFTER all card sales
have closed. In this way, players can be assured that each and
every game at Big Bonus Bingo is fair and balanced.
11. Definitions and Terminology
- A Player Is a person who registers to play Big Bonus Bingo by
filling out our registration form with the required information,
correctly completed, and makes a Purchase.
- A Purchase occurs after a Player enters Big Bonus Bingo website
and Purchases Bingo card(s) from funds that has been deposited
in a Players Account by the Player. When a Player elects to deposit
funds into their Player Account by one of our e-commerce systems,
the Purchase must be validated by Big Bonus Bingo and its credit
card and other agents. In the event that Purchase is subject to
a charge-back, or is otherwise incomplete, the Purchase becomes
void. A game Purchase is considered valid if the Players deposit
of Cash funds transaction is complete. We can not offer refunds
once a Purchase is made. All Purchases are made in United States
currency.
- A Card represents a set of a randomly collected numbers between
1 and 75 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 5 row configurations.
Until a Card is in play, Players have the option to change the
collection of numbers by selecting a new Card. Once a Player accepts
the collection of numbers for any Game, the Card becomes valid
and In Play.
- A Sheet represents one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) sets
of a randomly generated Bingo cards. A player can elect to purchase
individual cards from $0.05 to $1.00 US each!
- A Game is a collection of purchased rows that are valid and
in play.
- A Game Variation is a specified pattern that must be matched
on a Player's card in order to win a Game and receive a Prize.
- A Call is a broadcast message from our Game server, received
by your computer containing a randomly generated number between
1 and 75.
- A Bingo Call is a broadcast message from a Player’s computer,
received by Big Bonus Bingo game server identifying that Player
as a holder of a Game Variation.
- In Play will be the term used to describe any Game that has
been initialized by our Game server and is receiving calls and
communicating with the Game server is in play.
- A Prize is a cash allotment that is payable to a Player (or
Players if there are more than one winner) who identifies to Big
Bonus Bingo Site, through a Bingo Call, a match to the Game Variation
of a Player Card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a Players
Winner Account.
- The Parties: Big Bonus Bingo and the Player.
- A Player ID is username that is assigned to the player by Big
Bonus Bingo Site at the time of registration, such used by the
parties to uniquely identify a Player.
- A Player Account is the account in which the Player’s
use to deposit funds, use to buy into games, deposit winnings
into and request payouts from. Once a Card is In Play, the Game
Credit can not be returned to the Player.
12. Disputes
Big Bonus Bingo assures all players (and prospective players) that
it has made every effort possible to provide the world's most entertaining,
reliable, and honest Bingo game on the Internet. It is our sincere
intent to ensure that all of our players are satisfied with the quality
and fairness of our games. Every effort possible has been made by
Big Bonus Bingo to promptly and impartially resolve all disputes that
may arise from the use of our game.

of customer service possible. Our resolve is to consistently provide
you with a fair and impartial dispute mechanism in the event that
a dispute occurs. The success of our business is dependent on providing

However, please be advised that in the event of any dispute regarding
a participation or a Prize, the decision made by Big Bonus Bingo will
be final and binding.
The relationship between the Parties as well as this Agreement are
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government
of Costa Rica.
Big Bonus Bingo reserves the right to amend these Rules from time
to time and vary them without prior notice.
13. Limits of Liability
and Indemnification Statement
This publication is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement.
References to services and products are provided as is without warranty
of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Big Bonus
Bingo be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential
damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss
of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility
of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection
with the use or performance of this information.
This publication could include technical inaccuracies or typographical
errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein;
these changes will be incorporated in new editions of the publication.

and/or
the program(s) described in this publication at any time.
